    I invite everyone interested to join my 5-day
    OFFLINE INTENSIVE COURSE ON CREATING SUGAR FLOWERS AND COMPOSITIONS, which will take place from February 17th to February 21st, 2025, in Milan, Italy.

    COURSE PROGRAM:

    - Dahlias
    - Gladioli
    - Phlox
    - Anemones
    - Begonias
    - Petunias
    - Poppy seed pods

    At the end of the course, each participant will create a sugar flower arrangement in Marsala tones, which you can take home with you.

    All materials and tools needed for the course are provided, and each participant has their own workspace.

    Classes begin at 9:00 a.m., with an approximate finish time of 7:00 p.m., though this may vary depending on the group’s pace. Lunch break is from 1:00 to 1:30 p.m.

    Please bring along a good mood, a white chef’s jacket (if you don’t have one, let me know, and I’ll arrange one for you), and comfortable changeable shoes for work.
